Master Coach Jerry Pilewski

Jerry helps his clients achieve success without sacrificing other aspects of their lives to get there. He works with business owners and executives to identify the issues that are holding them back (often related to team, time, money, and strategy), build a plan to address those issues, and develop the tools they need to implement that plan. Jerry Pilewski believes that strong businesses 𝘳𝘶𝘯 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘨𝘳𝘪𝘵𝘺 are the engine room to a sustainable, vibrant community. A passion for service underscores his life, evidenced in early days as an Eagle Scout and later through over two decades as a Naval Officer.

A U.S. Naval Academy graduate, Jerry later earned a Masters degree from the Naval War College with focus areas of complex organizational planning, budgeting, and operations. He holds additional certifications in Executive Coaching, Communications Training, Lean 6σ, and Negotiation Mastery. During over two decades of service as a Naval Officer, he led teams ranging from just a few to several thousand across 45 nations and six continents.

That experience and passion for developing clear, executable strategic vision and strong organizations led to his coaching focus: he partners with original owner/founders to help them build successful businesses around their amazing products. 

Jerry is a Leadership Greenville alumnus and serves as the President of the Palmetto Chapter of the US Naval Academy Alumni Association and Executive Vice President of the Navy League of the United States Upper South Carolina Council. Within his coaching community, he has been designated a Master Coach and serves as a FocalPoint Area Representative, a role in which he is a coach and mentor to other coaches. He is also proud to serve as a South Carolina Research Authority Resource Partner.
